Return & Exchange Policy

Please read our return and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.

At Jain Bags & More, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we only provide exchange in specific situations mentioned below.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request. The video must be recorded from the start of opening the package until the product is fully visible.
The unboxing video must be shared on the same day of delivery. Requests without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
Exchange is only possible if:
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong color is delivered
- Wrong size is delivered
No return policy is available. We only provide exchange under valid conditions mentioned above.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear & tear are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests raised after the allowed time period may not be accepted.

Important Note

Please ensure that the product remains unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact for exchange approval.
